Great location, close to public transport and within walking distance to the main attractions.

The hostel had a great location, near the lively Old Town, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooftop bar and eating area offered a stunning view. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Some rooms even had curtains and USB ports. Besides, the hostel provided free towels and had lots of amenities.
One downside was that the hostel could be quite noisy due to its popularity and the number of people enjoying themselves.

Love the central location of this hostel, it made it so easy to explore the city and visit all the attractions. The free walking tour was a great opportunity to learn more about the area. The rooftop terrace with the amazing view was definitely a highlight. And the free coffee and tea in the morning was a nice touch.
The set-up of the reception was a bit confusing when I first arrived, and there was often a wait if someone was checking in at the bar. The music at the bar was not my taste and it was quite loud, especially in the rooms directly below.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the clean and fresh atmosphere at the hotel. the plants added a nice touch, and the sensational view was a definite highlight. the friendly staff made me feel welcome, and the services, like laundry, were top-notch. the availability of free drinking water and a selection of teas was a nice touch.
The dorms were quite cramped and had an unpleasant smell, although I understand that this is more of an issue with the travelers themselves. the lack of proper ventilation made it difficult for the rooms to air out.

Despite the staff's lack of motivation, the hostel itself was a great place for solo travelers. the social atmosphere and the awesome roof terrace made it easy to meet new people. the hostel was clean and well-equipped, providing all the necessary amenities. I really appreciated the free tea and water available all day. the hostel also had a travel agency downstairs, offering great tours to nearby national parks.
The staff seemed unmotivated and uninterested in their job. They didn't provide any information about the hostel or the surrounding area, leaving me feeling uninformed and unsure.

The rooftop terrace offered breathtaking views of the city and was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the atmosphere. The layout of the hostel was great, with plenty of bathrooms, showers, and lounges to accommodate all guests. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff went above and beyond to help us during our stay, especially when we had a problem with a tour we booked. They spent hours trying to sort it out and even offered us a room for the night. It was such a kind gesture and made our experience truly memorable. we highly recommend this hostel!
One drawback of our stay was the lack of Spanish-speaking guests. While we understand that it may be a popular choice for international travelers, it would have been nice to have more opportunities to practice our Spanish.
